WAYA Sport Speed Performance Training

Fall 2010

Offered for the 7-11 and 12-17 year old age groups this fall, this one-hour session is held M/T/Th afternoons at 4:30pm for the younger group and 5:30pm for the older group. 

We recommend that athletes attend at least two sessions per week for optimal results.  Three or four is even better!

Session content includes Linear Speed, Multi-Directional Speed, Strength, Power and Endurance sessions.  Session content rotates so that an athlete attending the same two days each week will be exposed to a variety of training challenges.
