Sports Performance Series: Speed and Agility Camp

  Sport Speed and Neighborhood Sports are teaming up for two fun and challenging training camps that will improve your child's ability to accelerate, decelerate, jump and land better than their competition.  The camps start the week of June 7th.  Look for additional details here!


WAYA Sport Speed Performance Training

June-August 2010

Summer Sport Speed sessions at WAYA are right around the corner. Please click here for more information.

 

This large group session content includes Linear Speed, Multi-Directional Speed, Strength, Power and Endurance sessions. 

Sessions are offered three days per week (four in August), and session content rotates so that an athlete attending the same two days each week will be exposed to a variety of training challenges.

If large group training isn't a great fit for your child, small group or private training is available.  Curriculum is created with the specific goals and abilities of the athletes participating in mind.

 


Oak Hill Youth Sports Association

June - August 2010

Offered for athletes at all ages, these one hour sessions will be held between the hours of 8am and 1pm, Monday through Thursday mornings.

At Sport Speed, we have a keen sense of the demands of baseball.  This program develops the speed, agility, relative body strength and conditioning needed to play well.  It will set kids up to have more fun and success on the field, and decrease their chances of suffering many common sports injuries.

Location:  OHYSA Fields

Start Times: 

  • 7-8 years - 8am
  • 9-10 years - 9am
  • 11-12 years - 10am
  • 13-16 - 11am
